The master of sin
One Pandit, after studying the scriptures in Kashi for many years, returned to his village. On his return, a farmer from the village asked him, "Well, Pandit Babu, you have studied a lot. Can you answer me a question?"
The pandit said, "Tell me the question?"
Then the farmer said, "Well, Pandit Babu, who is the master of all these sins in this world?"
Pandit was shocked to hear the question. He began to think to himself, "There is a guru of the past and the spiritual. But is there also a guru of sin? I did not know that. It is beyond my comprehension and study."
He passed by without any answer and went home. He came home and thought, "My studies are not complete yet." Thinking this, he went to cough again. There he met his guru. But he also could not give any answer. Then many munis-sages, and met the guru. Still no answer.
Suddenly one day he met a prostitute. Seeing Pandit thinking, the prostitute asked his reason. Then the scholar answered his question.
On hearing this, the prostitute said, "Hey Panditbabu, it is very easy. But to get the answer to this question, you have to come to our neighborhood for a while." Pandit immediately agreed. Then the prostitute took Pandit with him and arranged for him to stay apart.
Pandit had a habit of not eating anything from anyone's hands. He was very strict about rules, customs and religion. So he did all his work with his own hands. Even after a while, the pandit did not get his answer.
One day the prostitute came to his hut and said to him, "Panditbabu! You are having a hard time preparing food with your own hands. There is no one here who will take care of you. If you don't mind, I will take a bath and arrange some food for you. If you give me the opportunity to do this service, I will give you five gold coins a day as a southerner. "
Hearing the name of the gold coin, greed came to Pandit's mind. At the same time, he offered to eat delicious food without any effort. Pandit seems to like Brihaspati in Ekadashi. In this greed, the Pandit forgot his own rules, rituals, religion. The pundit nodded and said to the prostitute, "Okay, so be it when you want. But one thing must be noted, no one should see you coming and going in my cottage."
On the first day, the prostitute made several posts and served them in front of the Pandit. As soon as the Pandit went to put the food in his mouth, the prostitute snatched the plate of food from in front of the Pandit. Seeing such behavior of a prostitute, Pandit got angry. He said, "What kind of joke are you? Take the plate in front of me, you, such a big adventure?"
Then the prostitute smiled and said, "This is not a joke, Pandit Babu, this is the answer to your question."
Unable to understand the prostitute, the scholar looked at her curiously. Seeing Pandit's gaze, the prostitute said, "Pandit Babu, before you came here, you did not drink any food made by anyone, not even water touched by anyone. But look, today in the greed of gold coins, you agreed to eat food made by people like me." Pandit Babu..this greed is the master of sin. Now you must have got your answer ".
